  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup minced yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb dried medium pasta
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 2.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
