Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 teaspoons flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup almond or coconut milk
- Optional: 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, gluten-free rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, ground cinnamon, almond milk (or coconut milk), and optional maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into mason jars or airtight containers. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight) to allow oats to soak.
- When ready to serve, top with extra blueberries or your choice of toppings.
- Enjoy cold or warm as preferred.
