- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted vegan butter and sugar until blended. Add non-dairy milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed; fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center remains fudgy.
- Let cool for about 30 minutes before slicing.
