- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine almond milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk cornstarch and water until smooth; add to the saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat while stirring until the mixture simmers; reduce heat and stir for an additional 5-6 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
- Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least one hour.
