  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and honey.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat with the marinade.
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While the chicken cooks, season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the air fryer during the last 8-10 minutes of cooking.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing; serve with Brussels sprouts.
