- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/450g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and honey.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper; coat with the marinade.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken cooks, season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add them to the air fryer during the last 8-10 minutes of cooking.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing; serve with Brussels sprouts.
