Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour marinade over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow chicken to rest briefly before serving.
