- 1 ½ pounds chicken breasts (4 oz portions)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the chicken and rub it in.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Set the air fryer to 380°F and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip each piece and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F before removing from the air fryer.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
