Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and stir until well-coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers without overcrowding.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
