  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by dipping each tender in a seasoned egg mixture, then coating with a blend of almond flour and spices.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and arrange the coated chicken in the basket without overcrowding.
  3. Cook the tenders for 7 minutes, flip them over, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. For the sauce, melt butter in a pot, stir in hot sauce, honey, tomato paste, salt, and pepper; simmer for a few minutes.
