Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs with salt and pepper.
- In another shallow bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture; set aside.
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and spray the basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in the basket without overcrowding; spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook for 7 minutes, flip, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
